With decades of hands-on IT experience, Eddie oversees the technical direction of Plan-IT Consulting. From server infrastructure and network design to cybersecurity strategy and cloud migrations, Eddie ensures every solution is robust, scalable, and fit for purpose.
Nathan
Financial Director
Nathan manages the financial operations and commercial strategy of Plan-IT Consulting. He handles sales enquiries, prepares tailored quotes, and oversees client contracts and vendor negotiations — ensuring the business remains financially strong while delivering cost-effective solutions to every client.
Blake
CTO/DPO
Blake leads the technical strategy and innovation at Plan-IT. From infrastructure design to web development, he works hands-on with clients to deliver tailored IT solutions. As Data Protection Officer, he also ensures the company and its clients remain compliant with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Liam
Senior Engineer
Liam specialises in network infrastructure, server administration, and advanced troubleshooting across Windows and cloud environments. He also leads IT projects from planning through to delivery, including office moves, infrastructure upgrades, and system migrations — ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth handover.
Tom
Helpdesk Supervisor
Tom leads the helpdesk operation, triaging and prioritising support tickets to ensure rapid response times. He coordinates engineer workloads, manages escalations, and maintains service level standards — keeping clients' day-to-day IT running without interruption.
Fabian
Engineer
Fabian delivers hands-on technical support across hardware deployments, software installations, and network configurations. From setting up new workstations and structured cabling to onsite troubleshooting and system upgrades, he's a reliable presence on the front line.
Martin
Structured Cabling
Martin specialises in physical infrastructure — from structured cabling and patch panel terminations to network installations and hardware deployments. He ensures every site is wired, connected, and built to last.
